114-2 學期教學諮詢：個別諮詢、期中問卷、課堂觀察
新進教師在教學初期，往往仍在探索不同的方式來理解自己的課程與學生學習情形，也可能會有不同的交流需求。
有時想和人聊聊課程設計與教學方式，有時想知道學生在課堂中的學習感受，也有時希望有人從課堂現場提供不同的觀察視角。
教學發展中心提供多元的教學交流方式，協助教師從課程設計、學生學習與課堂教學等面向進行交流與討論。教師可依課程情況，選擇適合的方式：
一、個別教學諮詢
時間：約 30–50 分鐘
透過一次聚焦的教學交流，與教學諮詢員討論課程規劃、教學策略或學生學習情形。
此形式彈性較高，適合希望針對特定教學議題進行交流的教師。
二、以期中問卷為基礎的教學討論
時間安排
課前討論：約 30 分鐘
課堂問卷施測：課堂最後 15 分鐘
問卷結果討論：約 30 分鐘
透過學生學習現況問卷，協助教師了解學生目前的學習感受與課程狀況，並在後續討論中一起檢視學生回饋，作為掌握課程節奏與學習情形的參考。
三、課堂觀察與回饋
時間安排
課前討論：約 30 分鐘
課堂觀察：一堂課
課後交流：約 30 分鐘
教學諮詢員可依教師需求進入課堂進行觀察，並在課後與教師進行交流與回饋，從課堂實際情境出發，討論課程設計、教學互動與學生參與情形。
交流方式
上述交流可安排線上或實體進行。
若為實體交流，可安排於校總區博雅教學館五樓教學發展中心空間，或由專員至教師研究室進行。
參與方式
本中心期盼能在教師教學的第一年，安排一次教學諮詢交流，作為教學歷程中的專業對話與支持機會。
專員將於學期初主動與本屆新進教師連絡。
Teaching Consultation for New Faculty
During the early stage of teaching, new faculty often explore different ways to better understand their courses and students’ learning experiences. At times, instructors may wish to discuss course design and teaching strategies; at other times, they may want to hear students’ perspectives or receive feedback from classroom observation.
The Center for Teaching and Learning Development offers several forms of teaching consultation to support reflective teaching and dialogue. Faculty may choose the format that best fits their needs:
Individual Consultation
A focused discussion (30–50 minutes) on course planning, teaching strategies, or student learning.
Mid-Semester Student Feedback Consultation
Student feedback is collected through a mid-semester questionnaire, followed by a discussion of the results with the instructor.
Classroom Observation and Feedback
A teaching consultant observes a class session and provides feedback through a follow-up conversation.
Consultations may be arranged in person or online. Faculty are welcome to contact the Center to discuss the most suitable option for their teaching needs.
