Join the TA Orientation and start a new chapter!
Here, you will learn how to lead a discussion, design courses, and have the opportunity to exchange ideas with Outstanding teaching assistant. With abundant practical tips, you will quickly get up to speed with your TA duties.

Both CMI and EMI TA training are conducted in person. In addition to attending the one of the in-person training, you are also required to complete the NTU COOL online courses to obtain the TA certification.
▶ In-person Training First Round
- Date:2024/08/14(Wed) 13:00-16:30
- Venue: Putong Lecture Building
- Target Audience: Current students who require TA certification
- You must fully participate in the workshop on 08/14 and complete all online courses before 08/14 if you like your employment date to start on 09/02.
- Starting from 2024/08/16(FRI), you can check whether you are qualified to work on ePo.
▶ In-person Training Second Round
- Date: 2024/08/28(Wed) 13:00-16:30
- Venue: Gongtong Lecture Building
- Target Audience: New Master’s and PhD students for the 113th academic year
- You must fully participate in the workshop on 08/28 and complete all online courses before 08/28 if you like your employment date to start on 09/02.
- Starting from 2024/08/30(FRI), you can check whether you are qualified to work on ePo.
- The above two sessions are not applicable for those who wish to become teaching assistants for EMI courses.
- Both the online course videos and the in-person sessions will be conducted in Chinese.
- For TAs whose employment date starts on September 02, please ensure to attend one of the certification sessions.
