2025 年教師領航媒合服務｜相見歡活動回顧
臺大教學發展中心本學年「教師領航媒合服務」已圓滿媒合成功，希望協助新進教師在初入校園的階段獲得適切的支持。今學年度共有三組教師成功媒合，由經驗豐富的 Mentor 透過教學經驗分享、課程設計討論與校內資源導引，陪伴新進教師建立教學節奏。

在輕鬆互動的氛圍中，Mentor 與 Mentee 從初識到深入交流，討論內容涵蓋教學方法、研究方向與跨領域合作等多元議題。過程中不僅促進經驗傳承，也促成彼此對未來合作的想像，逐漸形塑屬於臺大的教學陪伴文化。

2025 Faculty Mentorship Program｜Year in Review
This year, NTU’s Center for Teaching and Learning Development successfully completed the Faculty Mentorship Program matching, supporting new faculty as they begin their teaching journey at NTU. Three mentor–mentee pairs were formed, with experienced mentors offering guidance on teaching practices, course planning, and navigating campus resources.
Two welcome lunches were held this semester, and highlights have been shared on social media (NTUCTLD Faculty Team Facebook).

In a relaxed and friendly setting, mentors and mentees exchanged experiences on teaching, research, and opportunities for future collaboration. These conversations not only supported new faculty but also helped build a mentorship culture that reflects NTU’s commitment to teaching excellence.

Next year’s mentorship matching will open during the New Faculty Orientation Camp. We welcome new faculty to join this supportive and growing mentorship community.
